Your Tasks
  • Determination of aircraft ground/flight loads (Part 23 - Normal, acrobatic, commuter) with appropriate methods and techniques
  • Performance of linear and nonlinear aeroelastic simulations (Flutter, LCO, Buffeting)
  • Development of Methods, including Multi-Disciplinary Optimization, Multibody model
  • Documentation of the analysis work for Aircraft Development and Certification
  • Validation of the aircraft model with Ground Tests and Flight Tests
With this you convince us
  • Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering with 10 years or PhD with 5 years of experience in fixed wing aircraft Loads (Flight and Ground) and/or Aeroelasticity (Theoretical, Flutter Flight Test, GVT)
  • Knowledge of multibody analysis for landing gear loads with ADAMS/VI-Grade
  • Programming knowledge and experience in Matlab; Fortran, C and C++ is a plus
  • Knowledge in the certification requirements (CS/FAR  Part 23 or CS/ FAR Part 25)
  • Fluency in English, German will be a plus
  • Integrity, sound engineering judgement and a co-operative attitude
