Workday Cloud ERP Solution Analyst HCM

Tamedia is the leading private media group in Switzerland. The digital platforms, daily and weekly newspapers and magazines of Tamedia offer overview, classification and selection. The company was founded in 1893 and employs a staff of approximately 3,400 in Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Israel, Luxembourg and Serbia. It has been traded at the Swiss stock exchange since 2000.
We believe in simple design, speed, scalability and continuous improvement. Therefore, we are about to move from SAP to Workday Cloud ERP for all corporate functions (Finance, HR and Purchasing). The deployment will have several phases, with a first go-live by January 2019.


In order to ensure Platform operation, maintenance and further development, we are now building up a strong Workday Cloud ERP Team and we are looking for you as:

Workday Cloud ERP Solution Analyst HCM

Your Responsibilities:
  • Analysis of Business Demand
  • Workday Solution Consulting and Support
  • Workday Configuration and Administration
  • Support the building of a new Workday Cloud ERP Team
  • Support the Execution of further Workday deployment projects all over Tamedia
Your profile:
  • 2+ years of practical experience as Workday HCM Analyst, Solution Consultant, Administrator
  • Degree in Business Information Technology, Business Administration or similar experience
  • Good understanding of Business Processes in HR, Finance would be a plus
  • Good understanding of common IT processes and methodology
  • Good understanding of security, compliance and governance aspects
  • Experience in Workday Configuration
  • Good understanding of Workday Organisations and Worktags (Master Data)
  • German and English knowledge level (written and spoken)
