Senior Digital Analyst (f/m) 80-100%

Help solve Tamedia's user tracking challenges and strengthen its data-driven decision culture by:
  • Helping Tamedia's portfolio companies achieve a new level in user tracking and analysis
  • Fully manage tracking and analysis projects with multiple stakeholders of diverse expertise
  • Creating technical guidelines on best practices implementation of Google Analytics
  • Enabling an actionable view on user data by providing custom tailored dashboards and reports
  • Working on challenging marketing and product user analytics topics
  • Providing knowledge transfer that enables stakeholders throughout Tamedia's company portfolio to spot opportunities and perform analyses in Google Analytics
  • Helping to develop models for marketers to find the most efficient channels, audiences and messages for their brands
  • Work in a team of highly skilled specialists
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics (360) and related technologies on both, a technical and tool handling level
  • Good understanding of front end technologies for both web and (native) mobile apps (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Swift)
  • Great and cross-functional communication skills
  • Good understanding of statistical methods and eager to grow into more statistical modeling related topics
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial and an excellent problem solver
  • Stays up-to-date with latest trends in (digital) marketing and measurement
  • Proficiency in English

Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in German
  • Experience as a digital marketing manager
  • Experience in planning and setting up A/B tests
  • Experience with PyMC, Edwards, Stan or a similar package
