In our Digital Paid Media Technology department we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects in a wide variety of topics, ranging from digital product development to marketing automation and data democratization. Together with business representatives you make sure the right priorities are set and pursued. To achieve our ambitious goals, you work closely together with experts from Group IT as well as internal and external partners, you coordinate the goals and roadmaps of different teams and bring the relevant parties together. Project Manager – Digital Paid Media Technology (f/m) 80-100%

Your responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage digital initiatives within Digital Paid Media
  • Define, document and execute projects
  • Create and maintain project schedules and track all activities against them
  • Monitor timescales, resources and costs
  • Actively participate in all phases of the project
  • Identify and manage risks which could affect project success
  • Identify dependencies to other projects and roadmaps
  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders
  • Help to continuously improve the way projects are planned, managed and executed within the organization
Your profile
  • Strong technical/technological background
  • Several years experience in project management of complex IT projects
  • Experience working in agile environments (Agile certification is a plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to influence through the strength of ideas
  • Excellent consulting, writing and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proven stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work and deliver under pressure
