We are looking for an experienced Requirements Engineer to help bring our E-Commerce and Digital Marketing platforms to the next level. You will work closely with the product owners and translate the high-level business needs into clear and detailed requirements your engineering colleagues in the development teams can work with. By aligning with product owners and experts from adjacent projects you ensure a smooth development process and support proper prioritization of the stories in the backlog.

Requirements Engineer – Sales Technology (f/m) 60-100%

Your responsibilities
  • Analyze and understand business needs
  • Refine concepts and specifications
  • Prepare requirements for the development team
  • Support prioritization of the backlog
  • Be the link between business and engineering
  • Continuously review and improve existing processes
Your profile
  • Experience in similar roles and working in agile environments
  • Experience in agile requirements engineering
  • Background in web technologies and native App development
  • Experience with E-Commerce systems, Marketing systems and Paywalls
  • Experience in Application and System Integration
  • Experience in Software Engineering/Development is a plus
  • Strong analytical thinker
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in German or English, French a plus
