Are you passionate about analyzing, understanding, and optimizing digital products and monetization - both from a quantitative and qualitative perspective? We are looking for a technical digital analyst with a strong implementation expertise to further strengthen our team (Zurich & Lausanne).

You will be an integral part of the Data Insights & Analytics team within Digital Paid Media, where you will help develop and strengthen Tamedia's core business - paid media (e.g. Tages-Anzeiger, Tribune de Genève, 24 heures, or Berner Zeitung). This includes optimizing and improving our products as well as gaining new insights about our users/readers. Hence, our team works in the intersection of editorial departments, product, marketing, and IT.

Technical Digital Analyst (f/m/d) 80-100%

Must-have / Minimum Qualifications
  • Higher education degree in an industry-relevant field such as technology, economics, statistics, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, or Firebase)
  • Relevant work experience with tag management tools (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Launch, or Tealium)
  • Experience working with web and app technologies (e.g. JavaScript, HTML5, APIs)
  • Strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity, with high attention to detail
  • Fluent in German and English

Nice-to-have / Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with BI and reporting tools (e.g. DataStudio, Tableau, or Power BI)
  • Working knowledge in statistical programming (e.g. R, Python) and querying databases (e.g. SQL)
  • Familiarity with cloud computing services and their application in relation to data (e.g. Google Cloud/Big Query, AWS)
  • Comfortable in working with fluid and complex organizational structures across an array of brands, departments, and teams in multiple locations, as you will need to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
  • Proficiency in French
