PhD student in Molecular Parasitology

The Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute is the biggest institution for public health and tropical medicine in Switzerland. The institute contributes to the improvement of health worldwide through research, education, and services. The Department of Medical Parasitology and Infection Biology (MPI) explores the biology of pathogens that cause diseases of poverty, aiming to develop new diagnostic tools, drugs, and vaccines. Within the Parasite Chemotherapy Unit of the MPI we are looking for a PhD student in Molecular Parasitology.

We are seeking a PhD student to join a multidisciplinary team working on drug discovery for protozoan parasites.
